This is the front view of our beautiful home in Sunset Lakes,
near the Disney Parks, in Central Florida. We have prime, lakefront position at the head of a cul-de-sac, with very
spacious plot, and oversized pool deck.

The balcony off the upstairs master suite has wonderful lake views.
To the side of the house is a fishing dock.
A minutes walk away is the communal pool, and children's play area.
A few minutes drive, and you're on US192 with it's shopping, restaurants and leisure activities.
About 3 miles away are the Disney parks, the world's greatest!!
The house can accommodate up to 10 people, in 2 king-sized master suites, with large ensuites and
walk in closets, and 2 twin rooms, 1 with children's theme. Altogether there are 3.5 bathrooms.
The living areas are open planned, with vaulted ceiling to main living room,leading off to the dining
room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, downstairs master suite, and triple doors on to the pool deck area.
The overall size is over 2600 sq. foot.
Outside , we have a very large deck, with pool and kiddie pool, directly overlooking the lake on 2
sides.

House: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms sleeping up to 10.
Facilities and extras: Full air
conditioning, Washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with all facilities, 5tvs (one 50inch) with dvds, videos, playstation
2, wireless internet , free local calls, stereo system, ipod player, long driveway, pool and kiddie pool, bistro
set on balcony, all bedding, towels, linens supplied. King beds in master suites. Games
room with pool, air hockey and foosball tables.
